Exploring Neighborhoods

A lot of buyers prefer to explore the different neighborhoods before obtaining the services of a Realtor. If this is how you want to proceed with your search, you are welcome to do this and use this site to obtain more information on the homes you see. Using our Free MLS search, you can search for a particular listing by address. Simply type in the address, even just the house number and if the home is ACTIVE on the market you will see the full listing. Another option, is call or email us with the addresses that you have found and we will get you full listing details on the homes you find. As soon as you see a home you would like to view in person, we would be happy to set up an appointment.

Internet Search

Many buyers prefer to begin their search online. This can be a great way to get an idea about prices, area, and what you can afford. You are welcome to use our Free MLS search to search for all Active listings in our area. Remember, a lot of homes can be deciving in pictures. A good agent can make a mediocre home look amazing in photographs while other agents are unable to portray a home's beauty because they lack in photography skills.

In addition, many foreclosed homes do not have interior pictures, making it more difficult to get a good list of the homes you would like to view in person.

Working with an Agent

While we understand many people prefer not to work with an agent until they are ready, we would like to encourage you to obtain our service as soon as possible. You do not need to worry about wasting our time or feeling obligated. We will likely save you a lot of time in your search.

As real estate agents working with multiple buyers, we have been inside many of the homes on the market, know the neighborhoods and can help you find what you are looking for quickly once we know what it is you want. Even if you aren't sure what you want, after the first outing, we often have a very good idea what you like and do not like.
